BOTHELL, WA – January 10, 2012 – Silicon Mechanics is proud to announce that Chief Financial Officer Steve Wiechert was selected as a finalist for the Puget Sound Business Journal's 2012 CFO of the year. The program is "specifically designed to honor the financial super-strategists of Washington companies and organizations."

To become an honoree, Steve had to be nominated by a colleague. Steve joined Silicon Mechanics in June of 2009. He is originally from Oak Harbor, Washington, and attended Central Washington University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Finance in 1992, and then a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1996.
