2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

We recently completed our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, and want to thank each of you who participated. We have received valuable feedback regarding the things we do well, and more importantly, the things we could do better.

Thank you for telling us that . . .
  • 96% of you are satisfied with our performance;
  • 97% plan to buy from us in the future;
  • 99% will recommend us to others.
To those of you that let us know where we can improve, we hear you! We're already at work on action plans to improve our service, provide faster turnaround times, and make sure you're fully informed about the status of your order.

To those of you that did not have the opportunity to participate in this year's survey, we hope that you'll enjoy the benefits of our quest for excellence.

Feedback is valuable, and your opinions do matter to us. If you have something you'd like to say, please don't wait for a survey! Email your comments to us at

We have SC09 Exhibit Passes available. If you'd like to enter the exhibition hall free of charge, just email Victoria Vail with your request. You will need to include your first and last name, the name of your company, your email address, and the number of passes (no more than 4 per person, please) that you would like.
