The Bladeform 8100 Series is a family of modular computing products designed to address a wide range of high-density computing challenges by allowing multiple individual servers to be contained within one easy-to-manage system. The Bladeform 8100 Series consists of the Blade Server enclosure, the 8110 Server Blade, modular networking, and interconnect components.
Features of the Bladeform 8100 Series Platform include:
- A modular enclosure with support for up to 10 server blades
- Up to 4 redundant load-balancing power modules
- 90%+ efficient power supplies for maximum power efficiency
- Up to 2 gigabit ethernet switches with 10 external ports each

The 8110 Server Blade is a dual Intel® Xeon® processor-based server blade. It features two Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® Processors 5300 Series, eight Fully Buffered DIMM sockets, two 3.5" Hot-Swap SATA hard drive bays, integrated dual-port Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, and optional InfiniBand mezzanine expansion card. Up to ten 8110 Server Blades will fit into the Bladeform 8100 Series enclosure.
