Marketing Program Manager – Lead Nurturing
We are seeking a talented marketing mind to focus on lead nurturing activities to grow, engage and support converting sales leads into happy customers. The days of full blasts and spamming are over. In its place, we want you to understand the right nurture tracks to provide incremental value and nudge our leads towards sale in a way that feels human and still converts. You will be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer generation from our database or outbound tatics such as email, campaigns, and social media to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action. Your goal is to connect with potential customers, and turn interested, qualified leads into successful customers.
Project Management Manager
We are looking for a Project Management Manager to help with the overall coordination, implementation, control and organization of customer related projects, ensuring consistency with company commitments and goals.
Sales Engineer
A Silicon Mechanics' Sales Engineer is responsible for technical pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle with a specific focus on advanced solutions including HPC, storage and ideally virtualization. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and implementation of technical sales strategies, delivery of technical presentations, product demonstrations, customer training, and management of product evaluations. A sales engineer will use their technical knowledge to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction through proper expectation management. As part of maintaining customer satisfaction, some post-sale duties may occasionally be required to resolve customer issues. The SE must be a self-starter and always seek opportunities to advance sales and industry presence.
