Production Technician
We are looking for a detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly motivated individual to conduct OS and component validation on Silicon Mechanics' server platforms.
Sales Engineer Level 1
A Silicon Mechanics Sales Engineer is responsible for technical pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle with a specific focus on advanced solutions including HPC, storage, and virtualization. This includes but is not limited to, assisting on the development and implementation of technical sales strategies, creating power and networking maps, product demonstrations, customer training, and day to day management of product evaluations. A Sales Engineer Level 1 will develop their technical knowledge to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction through proper expectation management. As part of maintaining customer satisfaction some post-sale duties may occasionally be required to resolve customer issues. The sales engineer must be a self-starter and always seek opportunities to advance sales and industry presence.
Technical Support I
Provides technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. May travel to customer sites on occasion. Conveys customer feedback to product development staff. Expected to develop a thorough knowledge of company's products. Operates under close supervision.
